Outside Sales - Golden, CO & Utah Territory
Role Description:

Efficiently able to enter and organize orders, submit requests, and follow up.

The ability to consult and work with our customer base and build long lasting working relationships.

Tech Savvy working with Office 365 and a handful of business platforms

Responsibilities:

Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication

Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries

Use excellent written and oral communications and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers

Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities with management and sales team

Keeping up with customer service information (Key Contacts) and pricing updates from our partners.

Staying informed about products and services our Manufacturer’s offer

Develops sales opportunities identifying potential accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
