Role Description:

  • Efficiently able to enter and organize orders, submit requests, and follow up.

  • The ability to consult and work with our customer base and build long lasting working relationships.

  • Tech Savvy working with Office 365 and a handful of business platforms

  • Able to thrive and push others to thrive in a team environment.

  • Gain knowledge of the electrical industry.


  • Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication

  • Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries

  • Use excellent written and oral communications and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers

  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities with management and sales team

  • Keeping up with customer service information (Key Contacts) and pricing updates from our partners.

  • Staying informed about products and services our Manufacturer’s offer

  • Develops sales opportunities identifying potential accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
